Guaranteed Departures and Small Group Fee

We guarantee that our Scooterbella Scooter tours will run with a minimum of just four people, but we ask for a small group fee of Euro €250 per person for groups of four to be added to the tour price. Depending on the tour, we may agree to run the tour for you even if there are fewer than four people booked, but in that case, a “small group fee” of Euro €600 per person will be applied to “groups” of less than four people.

If 90 days before departure, there are still fewer than four people booked on the tour, we will either cancel the tour and fully refund your money, or we may agree to run the tour for you with only two or three people on the tour. If we do that, you can decide what you want to do. If you agree to do the tour, the small group” supplement of Euro €600 per person for groups of less than four people will be applied. If there are four people on the tour, the tour is confirmed with the small group supplement of Euro €250 per person to be added to the tour price and the usual cancellation terms apply. In other words, if there are four people on the tour, the price of the tour is as agreed in the Tour Agreement (contract) plus the Euro €250 per person small group supplement for tours with four participants.

To recap:
A) Tours with five participants or more are guaranteed and there is no small group supplement.
B) Tours with four participants are guaranteed, and the final price is the published tour price plus a Euro €250 per person small group fee.
C) Tours with two or three participants may be confirmed upon mutual agreement between Customwalks and the participants and the acceptance of a Euro €600 per person small group fee for tours with less than four participants.

We request a small group supplement for all tours with less than five people to make the tour viable for us. If more people eventually sign up and the small group fee is no longer required, it will be refunded if previously paid. 

If you are the first to book a tour with us, we will accept your booking. We will inform you as soon as we receive bookings that bring the group size to four people, and the tour will become a “guaranteed departure.”

We believe that this is a fair arrangement for all concerned.
