Our Experience
Experience You Can Rely On
Brett Naisby, founder and general manager of Customwalks and Scooterbella, brings 34 years of experience designing and leading tours across six continents. Since 2006, we have been running our Vespa tours. The learning curve was steep that first year but it has been a fun, if not always easy, journey. Over the years, we’ve faced our share of challenges, but through resilience and adaptability, we’ve not only survived but thrived.
What Does This Mean for You?
- Flawless Itineraries:
Every detail is designed to flow seamlessly. The walks are stunning, varied, and just the right length. Transfers aren’t too long, lunch arrives right when hunger sets in, and rest stops appear exactly when you need them. Accommodations are handpicked for their location, cleanliness, and comfort, and we personally vet every property for noise levels and charm. Even the restaurant tables are thoughtfully selected so you can relax and savor the experience. We handle the details, so you can focus on the “WOW” moments. - World-Class Guides:
Our guides are simply the best—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the world with you. With decades of experience, we know what makes a great guide, and we only hire those who exceed our high standards. - Prepared for the Unexpected:
After 34 years, we’ve seen it all. Whether it’s bad weather or an unexpected hiccup, we always have a Plan B (and C and Z!) ready to go. You can relax, knowing we’ll handle any surprises with ease. - Financial Stability and Trust:
Customwalks is built on a foundation of resilience and financial prudence. From 9/11 to the pandemic, we’ve weathered every storm, thanks to strong cash reserves and careful planning. When you book with us, you can do so with complete confidence.
At Customwalks/ScooterBella, crafting unforgettable travel experiences in some of the world’s most breathtaking places isn’t just our job—it’s our passion. We’ve devoted our professional lives to sharing the joy of discovery with our wonderful guests. It’s what we do, and more importantly, it’s what we love.
