Our house in Tuscany is for rent.

From Saturday to Saturday we rent out our three bedroom, two bathroom, stone house with 18 metre/58 foot long private pool. It boasts lovely private terraces, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and beautiful views. In 2003 we fully restored this stone barn that dates from 1748. We added the 18m x 4m swimming pool in 2009.

It has a wonderful location, being the last, southern most building in the tiny hamlet of Bricciano. The house is detached from the hamlet and has very private east, south, and west facing terraces. The southy terraces is covered and has a wonderful view over the olive grove which cascades down the hill in a series of terraces. About 2 kms away, as the crow flies, sits the village of Castagnoli on a high ridge. There are four other couples, including ourselves, who live in the hamlet of Bricciano. The nearest village is Gaiole in Chianti, which is a five minute drive, and the nearest restaurant is a 3 minute drive, or 15 minute walk, in the hamlet of Barbischio. We are located 1 hour from Florence, 40 minutes from Siena, 10 from Gaiole in Chianti, 20 minutes from Radda in Chianti.

There are three bedroooms in total, sleeping 6 people. Two double beds with new mattresses and one bedroom with two single beds with new mattresses. There are two WC; one bathroom with shower fixture and one shower room with shower box. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large stainless steel topped island with double sink, SMEG 5 burner gas stove top, electric oven, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer and dish washer.  There is also a washing machine.
